Communication strategy
To get started on the creation and development of a campaign, we always begin with an analysis phase during which we carefully study your context, your ecosystem, your history, your audiences, etc. Whether you want to promote an aid programme, raise funds for a specific mission, raise awareness of a cause, or communicate about a product or service, we have all the skills needed to define relevant and effective strategies for your projects.
Based on your brief, the results of any studies you send us, the scientific literature available, specialist websites, official statistics platforms or reports produced by external consultancies, we delve into your problem to define the issue to be addressed, identify the most powerful insights and define the first steps towards a solution. Depending on the issue, we also complement our preliminary research by conducting qualitative and/or quantitative interviews with your beneficiaries, stakeholders or target audiences, as well as consulting with external experts.
At the end of this strategic work phase, the planner draws up a creative brief that defines the angle of the campaign, the key messages to be communicated, the tone-of-voice and the channels to be activated. The planner then works in collaboration with the creative and media teams to design the campaign from A to Z, to ensure optimum consistency and performance.
