Job description & responsabilities
We are currently looking for an ambitious International Key Account Manager to join our team in Brussels.
Your role will be to:
- Follow up on running projects, prepare tenders, following up on leads and winning new clients.
- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
- Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
- Managing the preparation of quotations and the follow-up of invoicing.
- Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets.
Profile
MOJO Agency is looking for a kind and experienced person that:
- Has at least 4 years experience as an account manager in an international advertising agency.
- Speaks and writes English and French perfectly / proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Is based in Brussels, Belgium.
- Has an ability to think strategically.
- Knows how to manage a client and a creative team.
- Is committed and sensitive to environmental and social issues.
- Possesses a deep understanding of different communication channels, both online and offline.
- Demonstrates a high level of creativity in finding solutions to problems.
- Enjoys juggling different projects, taking on key agency accounts, managing schedules and defending ideas.
- Is able to think outside the box and identify growth opportunities by analysing the situation, competition, and understanding the needs of clients.
- Is organised, autonomous, and able to set priorities and make daily decisions on his/her own.
- Is curious and on the lookout for the latest trends.
