Despite important progress, gender inequalities remain deeply embedded across Europe. To tackle this, EFFAT launched the EU-funded campaign “Strengthening Gender Equality in Agriculture, Food & Drink, Tourism, and Domestic Work,” equipping unions with tools to drive real change.
Challenge
From complex data to clear, actionable messages
EFFAT had extensive data and research on gender inequality but needed to transform this complexity into clear, impactful messaging and visuals. MOJO Agency collaborated closely with EFFAT to develop an engaging, accessible campaign toolkit to raise awareness, spark conversations, and advocate for concrete action at local levels.

MOJO Agency stepped in with bold creativity and strategic vision, developing the powerful, positive, and action-focused campaign #UnequalNoMore.
We designed a vibrant visual identity highlighting determined women ready to combat gender inequalities, combined with impactful key statistics effectively transforming awareness into action.

A comprehensive communication toolkit, including templates, infographics, visual guidelines, compelling posters, reports, social media graphics, and a video addressing core issues such as sexual harassment, gender pay gaps, and work-life balance, was created to empower affiliates to quickly activate and disseminate the campaign, translating complex data into relatable, human-centric visuals.
